Welcome, friends!!

Thank you for visiting the Native Way Cookbook. I hope you enjoy your time here. We've been working hard to make Native Way more user-friendly, and to get it in shape for more frequent updates to our recipe and article collections. We hope you like the new look and let us know how it's working for you!

According to our surveys, most of you should still be seeing an index on the left. Clicking on category headings will open and close the list of links within each heading. Clicking on the links within each category will change either the index frame (left), this frame, or both, dependent on your choice.

If you haven't done so already, please bookmark this site!

For those of you who are stuck in someone else's frames, click here to break free. This will take you back to our cover page. Just click on the "corn" image to come back inside. Before you break free, drop us a note and let us know the URL that has us "trapped." Trapping a site like Native Way Cookbook within another site's frames is a violation of our copyright and makes it more difficult for you, our viewers.

Those of you with older browser versions, who use webtv, or who have computers with less than 16mb of memory can go to a frameless version of Native Way by clicking here. This will take you to a special cover page. Please bookmark from the new cover page to avoid the frames versions in the future. Just click on the "corn" image to come back inside.

Note: We do not recommend the frameless version for those of you who have frames-tolerant systems. Navigation is fastest from the frames version.

In addition to these changes, we've reduced the number and size of our graphics to make the pages load more quickly. Over the next few months, we will be adding literally hundreds of new recipes and articles from our Native-Cooking-L discussion list members. We'll also be expanding our Plant, Herb & Fungi Encyclopedia. Again, we hope you enjoy your visit here. For those of you who are returning viewers, we hope you'll enjoy the changes we've made with you in mind!

Sincerely,
